Discussion: Have you ever tried yoga? If not, would you like to?

  1. I have never practised yoga yet. I was reading this article and I was surprised because, I read many interesting things about yoga. Until now, I thought that to do this kind of exercise we need extremely flexible bodies. But it is not true and I"m happy, because I"m going to try it.
    Nowadays, our life is extremely hard, busy and tressed. After hard day, we all need to relax. Or in the morning to start day with energy. we all need to de-stress our mind and body. It will help us and our health.
    So, I"m going to start practise yoga. I think, at first time, it will be funny for me and then I will do every exercise of yoga.

  2. I think yoga helps people get more flexible,eliminate pain
    and exercise mind.As i know it's also good for weight loss and for many other things too.Despite of these benefits of yoga i've to say that i've never tried and never wanted to do that exercises.I'd not try yoga because i prefer to get relaxed by other ways and i think people are looking foolish during all these exercises.To my mind it's the waste of time and have to say that the yoga exercises aren't for me.

Inspite of the fact that a lot of people find yoga really healpful,I have neither done it nor had any interest to try.It is said that doing yoga helps you become relaxed and gain strength while being exhausted.still,I must edmit that nothing can make me do it.I can't explain why , but I have always prefered going to the gym and do some fitness there .It's far more exciting for me.
    It depends on a person,some like doing yoga while others find it boring and a little bit funny as well.we can't definitely say that it doesn't work,but as for myself I would always love to do other sports.

  5. I know about yoga for a long time, I know that it is very useful for our health and it can make miracles, when you’re on a bad mood or in a depression. Many of my acquaintances have tried yoga and everyone is so content. After hearing all these, you can’t suspect in yoga’s positivity. But I have never tried it and I don’t know why. It’s just I’ve never had a desire to start a yoga yet. But I’m sure, sooner or later I’ll start practice it.

  6. i have read this text written by Emma Douty and i agree with her in everything. despite the fact that the i have never practised it i had some informations about it. i knew that it was good for our health, you are full of energy after do yoga's exercises, it helps us escape from the stress and some things which are in this text. i have some problems with health and some people advised me going to yoga's exercises so i would like to start it in the near future.

  7. This topic was very interesting. I would like to say that I have never tried yoga,but I would like to practice it.I know yoga can improve body, soul, mind. I think it is amazing way to make our body more flexible.It's the best way if people want to relax after difficult day. It is also good for losing weight. Despite the facts I have never tried yoga but I don't know way.I'm sure, I'll start practice it in future.

  8. I have never tried yoga, but it seems so interesting to me. I would like to try it one day. From the text I got information, that yoga makes difference to our physical, mental and spiritual states. If I tried yoga I would bring my body into balance, it would give me stillness and revive my mind. Yoga is a very good way to relax after working hard or reduce the amount of stress that we experience every day. So I would like to try yoga

I have never tried yoga. when I read this text realized that it has benefit for me as well as physical also mental.A way to de-stress is swimming for me,but after reading this article I understand there's no sport that take place of yoga. during the yoga you are alone and this solitude can be most pleasant part of yoga, a chance to let the mind relax as the body works.this is a time to relive stress. what's more yoga help to built up our body and sleep better at night. so i want to try yoga in nearest future.

  10. I know about Yoga for a long time, but I haven't practised yoga yet. I think, it is very relaxing and helpful and I agree Emma Douty, that ,,it is no limit and no requirements, so it suits your body perfectly and we should enjoy this time as it really makes a difference to your physical, mental, and spiritual state,,. I think, that Yoga is a great way to wind down your body after an intense session at the gym. Our country Yoga is not popular and people do not know about yoga, but 7 month ago I saw an advertisement about yoga. I guess I will try Yoga in the future.

  11. I do yoga, firstly it was quite difficult for me, because i have no instructor I do it myself by watching videos but now i know how to do yoga right. Yoga has really helped tone my body, increase flexibility and I always feel great when I do it.I want to ettend yoga classes and do it seriously.
